Car Parking
There are some parking spaces available at the Jubilee Hall, all of which are available to use for our performances (any reserved signs are applicable to daytime use Monday to Friday only). There is a single disabled parking bay in front of the main doors.
We have an agreement with Wessex Home Improvements to use their premises next to the Jubilee Hall for car parking during our performances.
Public Transport
There is a bus stop at St. Mary's Church, London Road which is located very close to the Jubilee Hall. This is served by the Stagecoach 'Spring' service to and from Winchester City Centre.
Access
There is level access from the car park into the Jubliee Hall, and all areas within the hall are on a single level.
Due to the internal layout of the Jubliee Hall, the accessible toilet is part of the cast dressing room area so we cannot leave open access to it. Please speak to one of the front of house team who can arrange access to this facility during the interval or before and after the show.
Tickets
We have an online ticket booking system, which is accessed from either the Tickets or What's On page when tickets are on sale. Online tickets sales are paid by credit or debit card. Information is also available on those pages about booking directly with us by phone or email.
We cannot guarantee being able to buy tickets at the door, this is dependent on availability.
Payment for tickets at the door is preferred to be by cash or cheque only. We do have card payment facility in the bar if needed.
We have several age categories when buying tickets:
Child - Up to 18 years old.
Student - Any age in full time education.
Senior - 65 years old and over.
Seating Plan
This is the standard seating plan we use in the Jubilee Hall. We can remove a seat at the end of a row for a wheelchair if you let us know in advance. This would typically be seat number 1 for ease of entry and exit.
The seating is not raked so parents with smaller children may like to bring their car booster seat for better viewing if sat towards the rear of the hall.
Refreshments
We operate a licensed bar selling beer, wine, soft drinks and snacks. The bar will be open for 30 minutes before the performance and during the interval.
We are able to take card payments at the bar.
